We have been equipped and blessed with a number of senses which help in sensing danger, being aware of one’s surroundings, and other day-to-day matters. The 5 basic senses – touch, sight, hearing, taste, and smell – are necessary to sustain and experience life but the other senses and “energy centers” are what help us lead a life of quality. All our lives, we’ve been hearing about how to activate our chakras and how getting their system aligned would make our journey on Earth significantly better. We’ve learned about different techniques and exercises that help in that regard. But is having them aligned really enough? Is it possible that your 100% balanced and aligned 12-chakra system could get unbalanced and misaligned in the future? The simple answer is, yes, it’s quite possible for your energy centers to get misaligned once again if you don’t “maintain” and “upgrade” them!
So it is useless dwelling on the question, “wasn’t getting my 12-chakra system aligned in the first place enough?” While it sounds tedious to continue working on improving your chakras and the abilities associated with them, in the long run, it really pays off. What’s more is that in time, it will become a part of your routine and won’t seem like much!

Maintaining Your Chakra System
If not maintained properly, your chakra system can lose its balance and not operate the way it is supposed to. Keep your chakras in tip-top condition with the following tips:
Meditation is the key that can unlock several doors leading to spiritual guidance and fulfillment. The simple act of clearing your mind and spending some time alone can do wonders for you, spiritually. Meditation is a proven remedy for blocked up chakras which can cause discomfort, confusions, feelings of being lost, and other complications that can get in the way of you leading your life in the best way possible. Think of your chakra system as a machine with gears and meditation like a lube which keeps things up and running by reducing friction. So, take a little time out to meditate to keep those gears in optimal condition!
Another great technique used for chakra healing and maintenance is reciting positive affirmations on a daily basis! Affirmations can help you overcome all the fears, obstacles, and blockages stopping you from achieving spiritual fulfillment and attracting the limitless wealth of the universe. The best thing about affirmations is that you can make one for each chakra. For example, for your heart chakra, your affirmation could be something along the lines of “I spread and receive love unconditionally.” There are no hard and fast rules concerning your affirmations, except for one: they must be positive and spiritually comforting to you.
Take Help from Color Vibration
It is a scientifically proven fact that each color has a certain frequency and wavelength. This goes to show that every color literally vibrates! Exposing ourselves to these vibrations can actually affect us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I always advise my clients to use the power of color to balance/rebalance their chakra system. Try absorbing the colors around you by either looking at them or wearing them.
Bonus tip: Use a separate color for each chakra to get the maximum benefits and keep your complete system absolutely maintained!
Chakra stones are special crystals that emit a certain power and vibrate with varying frequencies. People who keep chakra stones with them at all times and believe in their power tend to never lose control or balance of their chakras! You can either wear them around your neck or place them on your energy centers while you meditate to experience their maximum effects.
Upgrading Your Chakra System
From time to time, we like to upgrade our phones and software to take advantage of what the latest technology has to offer. The same is the case with your chakra system – if you don’t upgrade it frequently, you will find yourself lagging behind! You can easily upgrade it with the following tips:
Perhaps the best way to strengthen your spirit is to connect more with Mother Nature. Ask yourself, when was the last time you went out for a jog in the park or a walk by a lake? By doing so every now and then, you are likely to end up with much stronger chakras.
If you already haven’t, adopt a pet! Animals have the purest souls with no hidden evil agendas, therefore, getting closer to them and absorbing their energy will help you buff up that chakra system.
Connecting with the Divine and allowing it to ameliorate your misguided and distracted soul can do wonders for your chakras. For this purpose, meditation or prayer can help you significantly.

In this life, an optimal amount of courage is necessary to face the relentless ups and downs. Those who believe in themselves and have higher self-esteem are usually the ones who are the most successful. Peace, harmony, and success all depend on the single element of communication. If you think about it, most workplace and personal conflicts begin with miscommunication. The purpose of the throat chakra is just that…to help us communicate and express our feelings more clearly and effectively and become aware of the truth. Those who have a strong connection with the spiritual realm have strong intuition. This means that they can guess or predict things without having to use conscious reasoning. Human beings are sophisticated creations made up of the spirit and the physical body. These two parts are deeply connected with one another. The universe has been created in perfect balance. The planets revolve around their respective stars in perfect harmony without interfering in each other’s orbits. The sun rises from the east and sets in the west without crashing into the moon. Simply put, a path has been set for everything and all the citizens of the universe have to abide by the rules in order for things to operate in harmony. However, at times, this “balance” can be disrupted by external forces. The same thing applies to the human soul and body. The incredible noise of our busy lives can very well disturb our internal balance, causing us to face difficulties in coping with the daily tasks of life. To overcome this problem, it’s extremely important that we take a moment to look at this internal balance of ours from time to time and take the necessary steps to become centered again.
But, what does it mean to feel centered? While it may sound like something related to our center of gravity, it’s so much more than that. The meaning transcends the physical aspects of our existence and touches upon the spiritual side. Release the Tension with Deep Breathing
Sometimes, we are so caught up with thinking about the problems of our lives and how to overcome them that we don’t realize that the solution is as easy as breathing…literally! A great way of releasing the tension that has been accumulating inside your chest is to practice deep breathing. Inhale sharply and deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth as slowly as possible. A rule of thumb to remember is to make your exhales longer than your inhales. Not only will this technique help you in normalizing your heart rate, you will also be able to actually feel all the tension get released with every breath.
For a person who has a lot on their plate, making smaller efforts and doing less might sound counter-productive. However, you must realize that your ultimate goal is to become more centered and regain your internal balance. And besides, by putting yourself in less pressure, you will eventually start to accomplish way more than you had already planned. Let me explain how. Have you ever been so stressed with your responsibilities that you spent a good 60 minutes only ranting about them to your friend? If only you had spent those 60 minutes actually doing the work at hand, you would have accomplished so much more. Therefore, to ensure that you fix your lost balance and achieve maximum productivity at the same time, try kicking back every once in a while and take your time to achieve “less.”
Think about the Things/People You Love
It is a known fact that we feel more centered and “at home” when we are surrounded by the people and things that we adore the most in the world. This is the reason why so many of us feel blessed, warm, and cozy when we spend time with our families during the holidays. That is the moment when we realize how blessed we really are and that ultimately makes us feel more grounded in our true selves. So, whenever you feel disconnected and lost, try to think about your family members, partner, pets, or any other loved ones and try to spend as much time as possible with them.
Do a “System Check” of Your Senses
Instead of being overwhelmed by the surge of sensations caused by the noise in your life, sit back, relax, and do a “system check” of all your sensory channels, which includes your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin. Treat them like actual people and ask them questions along the lines of, “Hey there, eyes! What have you two been up to lately? Dear nose, what’s cooking? Oh, my ears, what do you hear? Hello tongue, it’s been a while since we had a chat, hasn’t it?” In short, I want you to feel, truly feel what your 5 senses are showing you at the moment. By paying attention to your sensory channels, you will definitely feel more centered and in control of your senses.
Meditate and Block Out the Noise of the World
At times, by sitting alone in a room and detaching yourself from the noise of the world, you might be able to find that sweet “balanced” spot. Having been practiced for centuries by people around the globe, there is hardly any problem which meditation can’t solve and this is why I always recommend it as a solution to my clients. Settle either on a chair or on the floor with your legs crossed. Remember that you must be alone for this process. Close your eyes, stop thinking, and start breathing deeply. Soon, the noise that has been bothering you will start to fade away and you will actually feel yourself being drawn towards your inner balance!
It’s completely normal for people to get lost and have their internal balance disturbed. However, it is crucial for you to try and regain that balance as soon as possible and become centered again, otherwise, you will find yourself moving further and further away from your path. All the best!

Getting Your Life Organized…
· Write Everything Down on a Journal
The first and the most crucial tip that I can share with you on getting your life more organized is to create and maintain a journal. The memory of an average human being is limited. We come across so much information on a day-to-day basis that we tend to forget some extremely important information, which might include your weekly schedule or to-do list. The point is, you can’t rely solely on your memory to keep track of your schedule. In order to overcome this challenge, you should write down everything that you have planned for the week, ranging from important trips to the bank to appointments with your clients.
· Make a Proper Calendar
Merely writing everything down that you have to accomplish is a lot different than creating a proper calendar. You have to be deadline-oriented with everything that you do, be it related to your personal life or business. This will not only help you in becoming more disciplined, but will also enable you to prioritize tasks, identify the things that require your immediate attention, and allocate your resources/efforts in the most efficient way possible. For example, if a meeting with a client cannot be postponed, you must set clear deadlines for the things that will help you prepare.
· Plan for Everything
I’ve already established the fact that in order for someone to succeed, they need to plan ahead. But, is planning for a single outcome enough? Most of the times, it is. But, as mentioned before, life is an extremely complicated experience. You can’t control the outcomes all the time. What you can do, however, is to make emergency plan Bs, Cs, Ds, and so on, in case things don’t work out the way that you initially thought they would. Do not leave anything out. Called a proactive approach, it enables you to respond
effectively to future outcomes in a timely manner.
It all seems too tedious and unrealistic, but once you develop this approach, you’d be able to organize your life and start manifesting wealth in no time!
· Leave No Room for Procrastination
Procrastination is like a disease. It eats on productivity, injects lies into our minds, and pushes us off our paths to success. You can’t hope to manifest more wealth and achieve all of your goals by putting off tasks and missing your deadlines. To tackle procrastination, you can do the following:
- Repeat positive affirmations. They have the power to move mountains! For procrastination, you can say something along the lines of, “I expel laziness and negative thoughts out of my body!”
- Reward yourself on accomplishing major tasks. It
can be anything that you look forward to every week, like watching a movie with a loved one, having a favorite meal, etc.
- Reboot your brain. Wash your face, go out for a walk, do anything that gets you back in the zone.
· Set Some Quality Time Aside for Yourself
At times, we get so lost in working towards our dreams and for our business that we forget to take time out for ourselves. While it’s great that you are committed towards achieving your goals, if you don’t even take time to invest in yourself, in leisure, and your soul, in the end it won’t be worth it.
Organizing your life sounds easy, but once you truly start putting in the efforts, you begin to realize that it’s actually very challenging.
