One of the essential steps in manifesting our desires is releasing limiting beliefs and negative patterns that hold us back. By letting go of these barriers, we create space for positive energy to flow into our lives and for our intentions to manifest. Follow These Steps If You Feel Like You Aren’t Being Heard


Feeling as if you aren’t being heard and are invisible to those around, you can be an extremely unpleasant experience for sure. Many of us struggle with this feeling, and for many individuals, it is something they go on experiencing for the rest of their life. Our solar plexus chakra, which is in the middle of our bellies, is the one that normally controls this aspect of our life. This could have been blocked owing to some childhood or past experience, which you, unfortunately, have no control over- leading to this unpleasant experience. To help you fight this feeling, here are three strategies which you should adopt as soon as possible.



Evaluate Your Current Situation

Many people don’t realize the impact their surroundings have on how they feel and go years without realizing what the source of their problem is. This needs to stop. Look around yourself and find out where you feel invisible the most. It could be at your workplace or when you are with your friends or family. Consider figuring out where you feel the most unempowered and vulnerable. Without realizing it, you may have taken the servant or slave role upon yourself, which obviously leads to you feeling invisible.


Find Ways Which Empower You

As you have figured out when it is that you feel the most unempowered, you can start figuring out ways to empower yourself. This varies from person to person. For me, taking baths and keeping Selenite, which has the power to remove negativity, are the ways by which I empower myself. Obviously, it is not the same for everyone, therefore sort out what empowers you and then make that practice a daily or very regular one. Always make sure that the method you choose doesn’t hurt others or yourself.


Build Your Mental Garden

Your mental garden is obviously made up of your thoughts and perceptions, which obviously controls your behavior. Being a people-pleaser or giving in too easily is something that you need to work on, and this can be done by building your self-esteem and increasing your confidence levels. By ensuring that your mental garden is peaceful, you can achieve the former- which will ultimately ensure that you are not invisible to others around you.

Are you struggling with not being heard, and sometimes you feel like you might be invisible? Today, I’m going to give you three strategies so that you can start being seen and heard right away.

Today I’m going to talk about what happens when you might have had your power taken away when you were a child or at some other time, which actually means that when we are not being seen, when we are not being heard, our solar plexus chakra, which is the one right in the middle of the belly, is being blocked, and your personal power was compromised by some circumstance earlier in your life. So I’m going to keep this nice, quick and easy, so grab a pen, grab a paper, and if you’re driving, please make sure you drive safely.

So what can you do about not feeling like you’re being seen, not feeling like you’re being heard, is three different steps:

So the first step to really start to unblock yourself is to start looking at your current situation.

Where do you feel unempowered in your everyday life?

Is it at work?

Is it at home?

Do you feel like it’s your relatives, or maybe it’s certain friends or family?

So take an assessment of where you feel like you’re having an unhealthy relationship, feeling unempowered.

Now, this is kind of like the unhealthy servant role that you’re taking on. It’s an archetype that a lot of us take on. So if you’re feeling like you’re a slave and you’re slaving away, pay attention when you start feeling like that and when you feel disempowered on an everyday basis.

Now the second step is now that you’ve discovered, or you’ve taken an assessment of where you feel unempowered or disempowered, is start looking at ways that you can start empowering yourself on a daily basis. I like to take long baths. That’s how I empower myself, one of the things. I like to have salt crystals lying around my house. I personally like to collect different types of rocks. I usually have Selenite next to my desk because Selenite night knocks out negativity.

And finding something that works for you, where you can find ways to start empowering yourself in your everyday life, without being manipulative, without being controlling, and without being a people pleaser, then these are going to help you start taking back your control. And more importantly, it’s going to help you start being seen and being heard.

Because most people when they think you’re a people-pleaser when they think that you’re a pushover, a doormat, etc., they don’t pay attention to you. They don’t listen to you and they don’t see you.

So the very third step, the final step of what you can start doing today is to start building your own self-esteem and your own self-confidence by cultivating your mental garden right here. What are your thoughts? What are you thinking, what are you putting out so that it can come in?
