My First Introduction to Your Words Have Power…
I still remember not believing this when I first learned about this concept. I was filled with angry because I was also told that I create my own reality. This was in my early 20’s and I felt like I turned 81 when I was 18. My body ached all over, my mind raced with endless negative thoughts and I shuddered at these words. My life was a red hot mess that I called a “nightmare” and I was in the thick of it.
Little did I know at the time that this would later save my life.
