Tarot Card reading is a divine practice which many of us believe in and follow, to help us live our lives in the best possible manner. Life can be extremely confusing at times, so it is important to figure out ways which can give you guidance of some sort, and Tarot card reading is one such way. While some people can read their own cards, most individuals rely on psychics to get their Tarot card reading done. However, a reading may not go the way you thought it would, so here be some things which you should look out for, and they will help you have the best reading possible.
Be Well Prepared
When I say be prepared, I mean that you should have some prior knowledge about Tarot cards and have an idea of how the reading will go. You should be prepared to question the psychic, especially if there is a particular problem for which you need a solution. Furthermore, you may find that your reading goes differently than you predicted it would. It is important to realize that you may not even be aware of certain changes which will happen in your life or which you will have to make, so keep an open mind when going for a reading.
Make Sure Your Reader Is Ethical
A good tarot card reader will treat you well. She or he may need to tell you some tough things to hear, a good one will be kind and considerate of your feelings. This means they should be patient, non-judgmental and kind. When telling you details about your situation, they should be thorough and shouldn’t be rude. Furthermore, they should make your options clear, tell you how you could possibly deal with this situation, and give you the resources you need to help you achieve solutions.
Consider Getting a Second Opinion
When you have a Tarot card reading session, you may be given a clear-cut solution to your problem. However, this doesn’t happen in most cases. The reading will aid the process, and the reader is essential to this process. However, if your reader is telling you that only they can help you solve the problem that you are facing, they are basically forcing you to follow only their instructions. In such a situation, go for a second opinion because that is not what a reader should be doing, as it is ethically wrong.
Knowing what your purpose is in life isn’t as easy as some people make it sound. While many of us believe that after a certain age or after a certain life event, we will know what the purpose of our life is. At one point in 2012, even I thought I had lost sight of what my life’s purpose is- even though I was doing exactly what I am doing now at that time as well. It is easy to lose sight of what we are working to achieve sometimes. The good news is, you can always find your way back, and you are not alone in this struggle. Here are three steps which may just be what you need to find your purpose again.
Find a Spiritual Practice
There are several spiritual practices which you could adopt, ranging from meditation to using spiritual guides to prayer. You could use a variety of practices or just stick to one. However, finding a spiritual practice is something which really helps you find your purpose again, as it helps you realize that you are not as alone as you thought you were and increases your faith.
Build Your Faith Muscle
Start building your faith a small step at a time. You start this by looking at the current things you have trust and faith in. It can be as simple as you have faith that the sun will rise, or you will take your next breath. Then turn this faith towards whatever you feel is the source of creation of the universe or wherever you feel is an outside source helping you. As you start trusting more without perceived expectations, your inner faith starts building. This does take a bit of action and balance.
Keeping a Journal
Many people find that keeping a journal is a tedious job, owing to which most people don’t want to do it. However, starting a journal is important, and you can start by getting or using a notebook. Color, draw and write down wherever you desire.
Keeping this journal can be a treasure. This is because we experience different things at different stages of your life. You never know which experience or which feeling of yours helps you at a tough time later. Furthermore, the difficulties we face in our life help strengthen our soul, so reading about this in the future when you need the guidance of that kind, can really help you immensely.
When you feel lost in life, always remember that things aren’t going to always be like this. By using these tips and aiming to get your 12 chakras to align, you can find the purpose you were looking for.

Are you struggling with really finding your purpose and trying to figure out what your life mission is? Today I’m going to give you some tips on the things that I personally did when I felt lost, I felt unsure what I was going to do. I didn’t know what I didn’t know at that time, and one of the main things that I would have conversations with with my friends was, is I don’t know, or at the time, they didn’t know, or we both didn’t know, we were going through life transitions. That was big, and I’m going to read a little bit out of my journal here that I wrote, and maybe you might be able to identify with this, because after and during my transition, I actually started feeling completely lost.
All I have left is a faded memory of a life I once lived. The substance of it has been removed. The infinite, endless essence of my soul is now being awakened. When I wrote this in 2012, I felt like I was drowning. I was in the same position. I was doing the same thing on a full-time basis for over 20 years, and I got lost when that was no longer a part of my life. So one of the very first things that I started to do was I started to find a spiritual practice. Number one, find something that works for you that’s some kind of a spiritual practice. Because at the time, I felt like God has abandoned me. I felt like my guides were not talking to me, and when you’re a psychic like I am, and you’re so used to listening to your guides and hearing what they have to say, and then all of a sudden you have silence, it’s a little eerie, it’s a little uncanny. And so find some type of spiritual practice that works for you, that starts building your faith muscle.
Number two, build your faith muscle, because sometimes we have to move through our own stuff on faith alone. And it’s not an easy task. It really is not an easy task, and sometimes it gets very, very difficult. Now, the third part of this that you can start doing today is start writing it out, journaling it, keeping a documentation of your process. Because when you’re going through trials and tribulations, your soul is strengthening itself and it’s preparing you for something you’re going to be doing in the future. So having a document of what you went through is really powerful and is going to be useful in the future.
Now, I didn’t know back in 2012, I would be using a lot of what I wrote in different articles and books, so keep that as a reminder. If you put a comment below, I will send you an article on the 12 chakra system that is going to help you start understanding where you’ve gotten lost. Because one of the main problems that I had when I was lost, dazed, and confused, was I didn’t realize that I had 12 chakras. I thought I only had the seven, and understanding the 12 chakra systems was something that really helped me start utilizing these abilities, in addition to the three tangible things that I just gave you. So again, put your comments below and I will send you my article on the 12 chakra system. Until next time, abundant blessings.
The universe has been created in perfect balance. The planets revolve around their respective stars in perfect harmony without interfering in each other’s orbits. The sun rises from the east and sets in the west without crashing into the moon. Simply put, a path has been set for everything and all the citizens of the universe have to abide by the rules in order for things to operate in harmony. However, at times, this “balance” can be disrupted by external forces. The same thing applies to the human soul and body. The incredible noise of our busy lives can very well disturb our internal balance, causing us to face difficulties in coping with the daily tasks of life. To overcome this problem, it’s extremely important that we take a moment to look at this internal balance of ours from time to time and take the necessary steps to become centered again.
But, what does it mean to feel centered? While it may sound like something related to our center of gravity, it’s so much more than that. The meaning transcends the physical aspects of our existence and touches upon the spiritual side. In my weekly Spiritual Awakening classes (held at the Wellspring Metaphysical Book store, AZ, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM), I often discuss this problem with the attendees. By being more centered, a person feels in better control of their life. This allows them to focus more on the things that really matter, like self-care, appreciating life’s blessings, and so on. Hence, if you have been feeling “lost” lately and think that it’s about time that you did something about it, then keep reading for I’m going to throw light on different tips and techniques on becoming more centered and regaining control of your life. Let’s begin!
Release the Tension with Deep Breathing
Sometimes, we are so caught up with thinking about the problems of our lives and how to overcome them that we don’t realize that the solution is as easy as breathing…literally! A great way of releasing the tension that has been accumulating inside your chest is to practice deep breathing. Inhale sharply and deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth as slowly as possible. A rule of thumb to remember is to make your exhales longer than your inhales. Not only will this technique help you in normalizing your heart rate, you will also be able to actually feel all the tension get released with every breath.
Try Doing “Less”
For a person who has a lot on their plate, making smaller efforts and doing less might sound counter-productive. However, you must realize that your ultimate goal is to become more centered and regain your internal balance. And besides, by putting yourself in less pressure, you will eventually start to accomplish way more than you had already planned. Let me explain how. Have you ever been so stressed with your responsibilities that you spent a good 60 minutes only ranting about them to your friend? If only you had spent those 60 minutes actually doing the work at hand, you would have accomplished so much more. Therefore, to ensure that you fix your lost balance and achieve maximum productivity at the same time, try kicking back every once in a while and take your time to achieve “less.”
Think about the Things/People You Love
It is a known fact that we feel more centered and “at home” when we are surrounded by the people and things that we adore the most in the world. This is the reason why so many of us feel blessed, warm, and cozy when we spend time with our families during the holidays. That is the moment when we realize how blessed we really are and that ultimately makes us feel more grounded in our true selves. So, whenever you feel disconnected and lost, try to think about your family members, partner, pets, or any other loved ones and try to spend as much time as possible with them.
Do a “System Check” of Your Senses
Instead of being overwhelmed by the surge of sensations caused by the noise in your life, sit back, relax, and do a “system check” of all your sensory channels, which includes your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin. Treat them like actual people and ask them questions along the lines of, “Hey there, eyes! What have you two been up to lately? Dear nose, what’s cooking? Oh, my ears, what do you hear? Hello tongue, it’s been a while since we had a chat, hasn’t it?” In short, I want you to feel, truly feel what your 5 senses are showing you at the moment. By paying attention to your sensory channels, you will definitely feel more centered and in control of your senses.
Meditate and Block Out the Noise of the World
At times, by sitting alone in a room and detaching yourself from the noise of the world, you might be able to find that sweet “balanced” spot. Having been practiced for centuries by people around the globe, there is hardly any problem which meditation can’t solve and this is why I always recommend it as a solution to my clients. Settle either on a chair or on the floor with your legs crossed. Remember that you must be alone for this process. Close your eyes, stop thinking, and start breathing deeply. Soon, the noise that has been bothering you will start to fade away and you will actually feel yourself being drawn towards your inner balance!
To Conclude…
It’s completely normal for people to get lost and have their internal balance disturbed. However, it is crucial for you to try and regain that balance as soon as possible and become centered again, otherwise, you will find yourself moving further and further away from your path. All the best!
