In 2012, women angel investors represented 21.8% of the angel market as compared to only 12.2% in the previous year, in the United States. The same report provides statistics that 16% of entrepreneurs seeking investment were women-owned ventures.

The idea of women investing in the business society is no longer a foreign concept. As women continue to:
